The conference playoffs (AKA The National Club Championships) are a National Club Competition held towards the end of the season and are a mini tournament played from the various regions to determine best club teams in the country.

The top teams from the regional leagues go straight to the playoffs with the 2nd & 3rd teams from each of the Eastern leagues playing off to see who will make up the 4th team.

The finals were held in the Eastern Region in 2008/09.
