A useful Excel Spreadsheet that has been created by Dave Wilson and adapted by Smokey, to help ease the creation of tournament Match Sheets.

All you have to do is fill in the start time, match duration, teams and referees names and the rest is done for you.

This holds all the information for tournament matches & these must be completed with the originals to be sent to the Competition Secretary as soon as possible after the tournament.

It is the also the club's responsibility to ensure that the results along with any cards issued are emailed to the Webmaster as soon as possible so that the league details can be updated as soon as possible.

Remember as part of the Child Protection rules, permission has to be given by all clubs to allow any video or photography at any tournament matches up to the age of 18.

If anyone wishes to take any video or photos they must make sure that this form has been signed by all clubs participating on the day.
